Jenn Rich & Hailey Scott

Co-Owners
Jenn Rich and Hailey Scott are a mother-daughter team who've spent their lives with tools in their hands.

Between them, there isn't much they haven't taken apart, fixed, framed, or wired back together. Jenn grew up on the trades, learning to work on houses and cars alongside her father, and went on to run a roofing company, remodeling company, flip homes, manage rentals, and earn her certification as a home inspector. Hailey grew up right in the middle of all of it, working alongside the family in the shop and on projects, sharpening her skills with cars and homes year after year until the tools felt just as natural in her hands as they do in her mother's.

So when Jenn and Hailey say they know what it's like to stand in front of a problem and figure it out yourself, they mean it.
They've done the demo, made the mistakes, and learned the fixes the hard way so you don't have to. It's exactly why Handy Womens founder, Geraldine Anello, handed them the toolbox to keep Handy Women going, trusting them to carry the work forward.

What drives them both is simple: they know what it feels like to be underestimated at the hardware store, talked down to by a contractor, or handed a tool with no idea where to begin. They also know how it feels on the other side of that, capable, confident, and completely done waiting for someone else to handle it. That's the feeling they want to pass on to every woman they meet.
